Casa Luna de Miel is a truly one-of-a-kind privately owned home, cared for with a great deal of love and attention to detail. We look forward to welcoming you and ask our guests to care for the house with the same dedication and love we have put into it. Please find some important details below worth noting before you book your stay with us.

Good to know

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of our house rules and rental agreement, shared by our team.

  • Each guest will be verified and a deposit of € 500,- is required, which will be handled through our collaborating partner Truvi prior to arrival.

  • Spanish law requires us to collect detailed guest information for registration with the government’s digital tourist system (SES Hospedajes). You will receive a separate email and link, asking you to provide all details before your arrival. Please note that failure to provide this information will unfortunately result in the cancellation of your stay.

Reservation and rates

  • Rates start at € 340, - per night.

  • Cleaning fees per stay € 350,-

  • Mid-term stays upon request.

  • All additional Guest services upon request at additional coordination fees, excluding costs of selected services.

  • Please note: replenishment of guest amenities such as kitchen, cleaning, toiletries and welcome packs are not included.

Your stay

  • Prior to your arrival you will receive our digital Guest Book and other important information about the house via email.

  • Each guest will be welcomed in person by us. Latest a month before your check-in we kindly ask you to share your estimated time of arrival.

  • Please note, earlier check-ins as well as late check-outs are available upon request and depending upon availability and seasonality.

Payment and cancellations

  • Direct bookings are added to our reservation system and a first 50% payment of the total stay is mandatory. One week prior to your check-in, the last 50% will be directly debited from your Credit Card.

  • Please note we do not accept cash payments.

  • Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your stay for free up to 60 days before arrival. Cancellations from 59 to 30 days before arrival are at a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation from 29 days to 24 hours are at a 100% cancellation fees.

  • We understand sometimes extraordinary circumstances might lead to a cancellation. Please reach out to us to see if we are able to help you.
